How can I get my life together?

If you’ve been feeling stuck, sad, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Maybe you find yourself looking back on a time when life felt lighter and wondering if you’ll ever feel that way again.

I want you to know: you can feel that joy again, and even more so.

I believe that because I’ve been there too. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced loneliness, anxiety, grief, and moments of deep self-doubt. I’ve experienced the pain of disconnection, the weight of failed relationships, and the uncertainty of starting over twice, on two different continents. At one point, I found myself in an existential crisis that shook everything I thought I knew about myself and the world around me. And yet, through that journey, I learned how to rebuild, reconnect, and rediscover meaning.

Therapy is not just about coping, it’s about healing, growing, and becoming who you’re meant to be.

Why work with me

EMDR Training and Trauma Specialization

As an EMDR therapist, I help clients process traumatic memories through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a technique that uses bilateral stimulation to activate the brain’s natural healing mechanisms. EMDR therapy allows clients to reprocess difficult experiences in a safe environment, reducing the emotional charge of traumatic memories. I’ve witnessed clients who’ve carried trauma for years experience significant relief in just a few sessions, finally able to think about their past without being overwhelmed by anxiety or flashbacks. This evidence-based approach works with your body’s innate ability to heal, helping you reclaim your sense of safety and control.

Why work with me

Cultural Competency and International Experience

My international experience across 60+ countries has taught me that healing looks different in every culture. This global perspective allows me to adapt my therapeutic approach to honor your cultural values and family dynamics, whether you come from a collectivist background, have different views on mental health, or navigate unique cultural expectations. I understand that concepts like boundaries, self-care, and emotional expression vary greatly across cultures, and I tailor my evidence-based interventions to fit your worldview. This culturally informed therapy means you won’t have to explain your background or justify your cultural practices – I get it, and we can work within the framework that feels most authentic to you.
