Q: What is the fee for a private session?

A: Each 50-minute session is $200. This reflects the level of personalized attention, clinical expertise, and high-touch care you’ll receive during our work together.


Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: I accept several plans in Texas and Florida, including United Healthcare, Aetna, and BCBS of MA. Also, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many clients with PPO plans are able to receive partial reimbursement.


Q: How do I schedule an appointment?

A: You may request a session through the secure contact form on this website. Once submitted, I’ll reach out personally to discuss fit, availability, and next steps. New clients are typically seen within 1–2 weeks.


Q: What types of issues do you work with?

A: I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and identity exploration, personality disorders, bipolar, anger management, and domestic violence. I integrate evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness to support lasting change.


Q: Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

A: All sessions are held virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Virtual therapy offers flexibility and privacy while delivering the same depth and connection as in-person care.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full session fee, as that time is reserved exclusively for you.


Q: How do I know if we’re the right fit?

A: Our first consultation is an opportunity for us to explore whether this feels like the right space for your growth. I bring clinical expertise and deep presence to every session—but the most important factor is how you feel in our work together.
